Janice, RN, BSN, WCC, DWC, OMS, PICC, IC

Janice is a well accomplished registered nurse who has 33 years experience in nursing. She recently retired from administrative hospital as wound care coordinator, infection control and educator. After working and dedicating 10 years in this facility she now works part-time with heart patient's, and infusion therapy along with running Unique Feet, LLC. Janice saw the neglect of care in her field with unnecessary lower limb amputations due to lack of hygienic care. During covid patients seemed to be falling through the cracks of getting simple health care needs, due to not being able to reach their feet, poor eyesight, poor diets, and poor hygiene. Janice shared her concerns and frustrations as a nurse with her sister and began to work on plans to change the health of the community. As a member of WCEI(wound care education institute) and Alumni she and her sister begin their journey to establish Unique Feet LLC. Janice loves her job in nursing and is the heart/soul of our business.

Sandra, RN

Sandra has 14 years experience in nursing, she has worked in the ER, and Psychiatric care and is a member of WCEI. Her love for nursing and caring for people have been the inspiration of this business. She changed her course in nursing during covid, when she saw how the neglect of patient care in the hospital and healthcare setting was increasing. Janice, her sister shared the idea of helping diabetics with unnecessary amputations of the lower limbs that could have been prevented by hygienic care. Together as a team they begin to expand their knowledge in foot care and Unique Feet, LLC was established. The two sisters joined the American Foot Care Nurses Association and later became members of the National Nurses Business Association. Unique Feet, LLC has grown into a new approach by nurses to provide basic ADL services by promoting healthy feet with hygienic care.
